A New Way of Being

An online programme to deepen your connection with yourself and with life.

 

This programme has taken on a deeper meaning. I developed A New Way of Being during 2020 and the first lockdown. It came to me in an instant. Now it goes even deeper. 

 

A New Way of Being takes you on a journey to look beyond everything you know about yourself. Beyond everything you feel you should be, to see what lies beneath.

What’s within your heart and soul that has been neglected?
Which parts of you have you been pushing away?
Which parts of you do you feel shame towards?
What’s been laying dormant or hidden deep inside?

All of these are parts of you.

In a New Way of Being you will start the journey of welcoming yourself back into the warm hearth. You’ll explore what it is to be you. You may not even have a glimmer as to what that is. I certainly didn’t when the first stream of this beautiful programme was born. I had no idea what was waiting for me in A New Way of Being in this world. 

This is a deep invitation to come and explore over 8 modules.

This is for you if you’ve spent your life trying to fix or banish parts of yourself that you deem unacceptable and you want to get out of the cycle of trying to fix what’s innately human within you.

It’s for you if you don’t like any parts of yourself, and long to change. A New Way of Being invites you into self-acceptance for all of who you are.

It’s for you if you feel the heavy weight of not feeling good enough, in all areas of your life.

It’s for you if you want to find all those wonderful pieces of you that you’ve neglected, the joy, the laughter, the silliness and bring these parts of you back to life.

Understanding and connecting to your emotions, and your whole experience as you navigate your days. You’re no longer at the mercy of your “moods” that you’re simply being and allowing what is.

Letting go of any stagnant or stale energy in your body that you’re holding on to.

Stepping into what makes your heart and soul sing.  Allowing yourself to really connect with life and do the things you love.

Cultivating loving relationships within you and all around you; with nature, with others, with nourishment and most importantly, with yourself.

Meeting Yourself

The beautiful thing about this programme is that you get to meet yourself and this is where we start.

 

Week Two

Gentleness

Exploring what it means to be kind and loving towards yourself. To remove the harsh words and the inner battle. 

Week Three

Imperfections

We explore acceptance and look at all the parts of yourself that you push away, alongside the imperfections of life.

 

Week Four

Light and Shade

This week we explore what it means to be with your emotions. Removing the judgement and allowing yourself to feel.

Week Five

Earth

This week is all about connection to yourself, to mother nature and the rhythms of life. We explore nourishment through food and beyond.

 

Week Six

Grace

This is about your inner trust with yourself and with life, it’s about faith. Coming back to the flow and grace in life.

Week Seven

Enchantment

Exploring the beauty and enchantment of life. What it means to live from your heart and finding the beauty within. A soul connection.

 

Week Eight

The Final Dance

An important and beautiful part of the process. You complete in honouring you and your journey.

The Details

A New Way of Being is an 8 week online programme that has connection at its heart. A connection to you and ultimately your connection to life. We all know that this lifetime is short, it’s tender, A New Way of Being allows you to explore you and your life. It asks you how you want to live.

It asks you to return home to all of who you are. To return to the beauty of you.

The programme includes;

  • 8 videos exploring each weekly theme.

  • 8 workbooks to support each week.

  • Guided meditations to support you through the process.

  • Exercises and inspiration throughout the programme such as meditations, books and things to watch.

  • Lifetime access to the content so you can revisit whenever you want.

  • The opportunity to join The Quiet Space to integrate all the work you’ve done through this powerful programme.

  • You can go at your own pace, either over 8 weeks, or you can move through more quickly, or more slowly, whatever feels right for you.

The Deeper Experience

Including all of the above plus the option to go deeper with one-to-one support from me.

  • You’ll have me by your side, guiding you, bringing the content to life in a way that supports YOU.

  • Together we’ll explore the patterns that keep you from deeply connecting with yourself and with life.

  • You’ll receive 3 one-to-one sessions of one hour over zoom. These sessions are designed to start you off on your journey, to support you mid-way through, and then to complete. (All one-to-one sessions have to be taken within an 8 week period.)
