Life’s Poetry Application Form

Thank you for your interest in joining Life's Poetry. It takes such courage to step into the tender world of grief.

First of all please read our relational agreements, this will give you a sense of me, how I work and also how we'll come together in Life's Poetry.

I invite you to take your time with this form, to go slowly, to see what stirs as you go through. Take a breath or a pause before you start.

After reviewing all that you share here I'll be in touch to let you know how we'll proceed. If you're able to join Life's Poetry you'll need to make payment (either in full or by payment plan) to secure your place. 

I feel blessed that there is a lot of interest in Life's Poetry. There are 30 spaces available with over 100 people on the waiting list. Life's Poetry will be here again next year. I will be going through applications in the order they come in, whilst also taking into account difference and identities.
